🏡 Prices Hold Steady Despite Slower Sales

The average home price in Vaughan dipped slightly by 0.8%, but overall remained relatively flat compared to late 2024, signaling that major price drops may be behind us.

Detached and semi-detached homes between $1.2M–$1.5M performed best, particularly in:

  • Maple

  • Thornhill Woods

  • Vellore Village

Condos in the VMC (Vaughan Metropolitan Centre) also saw activity, thanks to continued rental demand and investment appeal.
