After several months of strong price growth, June marked a mild dip in Vaughan’s average sale price. With affordability tightening due to higher interest rates, buyers are becoming more cautious, especially in the detached home segment.
Despite the slight decline, prices remain high compared to the same period in 2024, reflecting continued long-term demand in Vaughan.
One of the biggest trends this month: inventory is growing. Over 770 homes were listed in June, increasing supply across nearly all housing types.
