🔍 Homes were selling close to asking price, with many receiving multiple offers—especially in popular family neighborhoods.
May saw another price increase, with Vaughan’s average home price surpassing $1.42M, driven by:
Tight inventory levels
Pent-up demand from earlier in the year
Strong activity in the detached and semi-detached segments
Buyers were still willing to compete—especially for move-in ready homes in established areas like Thornhill Woods, Vellore Village, and Patterson.
While new listings reached over 700, they weren’t enough to meet buyer demand across most price points. This continued imbalance pushed prices up and kept days on market low.
